I have set up my digital id with the pin, but I can’t see my student card nor my insurance card, i get an error msg that they can’t verify my student id and i need to send the verification again to my phone number. Is this normal? How should i fix it? View

We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone.
