if I want to enter Malaysia after the eval expired, when I must apply for a new val and how can I get the val form to fill out?

  In the event your VAL expired, you are required to liaise with the Institution to apply for the VAL cancellation application. Once the VAL cancellation application is approved, you may submit the new application. The approval to issue the new EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
