Dear officer, my name is Chen Liyun with passport No. EJ6854267, I have submitted my passport for over three weeks. I want to know how long it will reach 100%, because my friend submitted the passport at the same day with me, and her has already been at 100%. We have a scheduled flight to go back to our hometown, so I am very worried about it.

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
