Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Li Xiaoying, a Ph.D student of UPM from China. My passport number is E50658825. My new passport number is EL8183350. My EMGS application number is E#########.
I’ve been applying for REOPEN since early January. By now EMGS is still 100% CLOSED!
Please let me know if any information is missing and I’ll fill it in as soon as possible.
Can it be reviewed faster if it’s not missing?
School has started on March 18th.
It’s been almost a month since I rented a house in Malaysia.
But I can’t even buy the air ticket now.
I am really anxious to enter Malaysia! Please help! Thank you very much!
