Kindly be informed that we have received the document from the institution to reopen the application. However, we are unable to proceed due to applicant passport valid until [12 May 2025] which is less than 18 months. The institute is required to advise the applicant to renew the passport or extend the validity of the passport and submit a copy of the passport to EMGS. We will resume the processing of the application once we receive the complete required documents. Kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
