Dear sir，it has been 5 working days since EMGS received my passport. So when Will you send it to immigration department？I hope you can send it as soon as possible.My certification letter is about to expire and it is urgent to get my passport back.Thank you very much.

    I did and took a new photo at a professional photographer but emgs answered that photo is blurry, I even verified it successfully with emgs photo checker could you please help me
