My passport number is EM1433935. My visa progress has stayed at 100% for nearly 20 days. I want to know when I can get my passport. I want to go abroad in the coming holiday. My great-grandmother passed away so I want to go back to see her, so could you please help me push immigration to get my student visa？Thanks in advanced. View

Hi Joanna,
Your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
