I hope this message finds you well.

Thank you for your patience. I received an offer for admission starting in September yesterday, and the start date is now only about two weeks away. I had previously received an offer for a May start date back in February, but my visa processing was delayed and is currently at 100% status (closed). The documents required to reopen my EMGS were submitted last month, and I am writing to request your assistance in reopening EMGS as soon as possible to avoid missing this admission opportunity.

I have been waiting for nearly a year and sincerely hope you can assist me in reopening EMGS promptly. I truly appreciate your support and assistance in this matter.

  As per checking, we are yet to receive the documents from the Institution. We appreciate it if you could provide the case number of the email in which the institution sent the documents to the EMGS. Rest assured, we will proceed with the application once we receive and review the documents from the institution.

    How is that possible?! The day before yesterday, you told me that you hadn’t received the documents. I confirmed with the institution, and they sent me a photo proof that the file to reopen EMGS has been submitted. Yesterday, I received a response from you saying that you received additional documents, but today you are saying that the file has not been received again. The file to reopen EMGS was submitted to you on July 30th. Please expedite the process so I can enroll on time. Thank you very much!
