    Hello @Emgs please help me, it’s just less than two weeks to date of my travel to my home country.
    I submitted application for visa renewal since September, on Oct 7th it entered 90% but since then it’s been stucked, I have completed every payment, for so long now please help me, my school visa department isn’t helping matters, I have been complaining since. Please attend to my application and give me the new student pass.

      Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
