My visa application has been at 35% since 12 February 2026.
I have already missed my university reporting date (16 February), and my next important academic schedule is approaching soon.

Dear EMGS Officer,
I am writing to urgently follow up on my student visa application, which has remained at 15% progress without update.
My on-campus reporting date at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is 16 February, and I am concerned that the delay may affect my timely arrival and registration.
