Dear EMGS Officer,

I would like to respectfully inform you that my university registration date is on 16 February 2026. In addition, the Chinese New Year public holidays in China will begin on 14 February, and offices will only resume on 24 February.

I am concerned that if there is any delay in the submission of my application to the Immigration Department, it may affect my registration process and related arrangements.

For your reference, my details are as follows:

I sincerely appreciate your efforts in processing my application and would be very grateful if my case could be kindly prioritized, if possible.
