I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Ma Li, passport No. EJ7641360, EMGS application No. E#########. My application is currently at 32%.

I am a Chinese Muslim student admitted to IIUM. My mandatory on-site registration is on 16 February 2026, and failure to register on time may result in the cancellation of my admission.

Time is extremely tight. I would like to highlight my urgent situation:

1. Ramadan is approaching, and international travel and procedures are much more difficult for Muslims during Ramadan.

2. I understand EMGS will be on holiday starting 14 February, which will pause processing.

3. As a Chinese Muslim, my departure procedures from China are already more complicated and time-consuming.

I sincerely request your kind understanding and urgent assistance to expedite my eVAL application immediately. I have submitted all complete documents and hope to finalize my eVAL before the holiday and registration deadline.
