Hi I am an International student who’s studying in malaysia. I have submitted my passport for renewal in June. Now the process says that Its already 90 on 13 July. But until now the passport havent come.May I know how long I still need to wait? Thank You View

Ok, That means your University is the one doing the process with Immigration. If it was with EMGS the status would say something like, “Passport submitted to Immigration for Student Pass endorsement”.
In your case, I think the uni is going straight to Immigration so it’s better to check with them.
