its been 3 weeks i supmit my passport on 8 october .. when i contact my university they said the immegration is closed due 9 november ??

@duwdz Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department directly and not to EMGS. We advise that you follow-up with your institution with regard to the status of your passport.

If you mean your passport is damaged by water, then it is too risky for you to travel with it. Countries around the world are very strict on damaged passports. But we can travel right if I am from Pakistan but I am living in Kuwait I can go to Kuwait malaysia embassy and can submit my VAL and other documents for Visa to travel

Most likely the VAL states which country you need to apply in. However, if you are from Pakistan, you can apply for an evisa.

The SEV is issued by the Malaysian Embassy in your home country. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with an exact time frame because this is solely at the discretion of the Embassy. Kindly refer directly to the Embassy for further clarification.

@Rabiya, I thinks VAL depends yoi, i mean if you follow the specifications requirement they need you can get it as soon as possible. Like my own i create account on 1st January 2020, i paid and get my approval from institution on the same date i.e 1st January and finally i got my VAL on 13 January 2020.
