Dear EMGS,

I am a student from Russia. My name is Elena Lim. My passport number: #########

I have received eVal and single entry visa. My SEV is valid till May 26.
I was planning to come to Malaysia in the beginning of May, but due to the coronavirus outbreak and the measures implemented by Malaysia and Russia I am not able to enter the country before my SEV will get expired.
What would you recommend me to do in this situation?

Moreover, to successfully submit my documents for student pass I need to reach Malaysia before July, 17. However, the situation with the virus is unpredictable and unstable and it might become impossible. Is there any advanced recommendations for it?

  Applicants are required to enter Malaysia within the validity of the VAL and SEV. In the event that you are unable to enter Malaysia within the validity of your visa, you will be required to apply for a new VAL.
