      Please be informed that there is an issue with your proof of payment as the [Jompay Reference Number] is not indicated. As such, you may check the transaction history to get the Jompay Reference Number and resubmit the document to the institution.

As such, you may check in the transaction history to get Jompay Reference Number and resubmit to the institution.
