1. At which percent I can download my eVal and get the single entry visa?
2. How many days does it take to do that?

My passport number is S0833860, I got this message “The institute or student is required to submit a copy of the Official Academic Transcript(s) and Certificate(s) for Master’s Degree (untranslated and translated version).”
Could you please advise what does that mean?
