Hello, I was certified before. Today, I opened the app to re-certify.Moreover, when I entered the verification code received by the email, the next step directly flashed back and went back to the first step. What is this?

  Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall, and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
