I’m Shakila Carissa with passport number E5649134. My institution has uploaded the documents required by EMGS since May 28 or 29 2024, but EMGS still doesn’t process my visa and I’m still stuck at 15% with pending or yellow progress. I also don’t have any other documents pending but emgs still gives my visa 15% yellow status. My other friends have gone to Malaysia, please help me process it.

  Please be informed that we have notified your institution that they are required to walk in to EMGS for further verification since 21st May 2024. Therefore, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance.
