i am from Bangladesh and mine has been at 35 percent since September 2022, i did get an eVAl during pandemic and was ready to head out but due to pandemic strike i couldn’t now I don’t understand why i am not receiving the eVal again in such a long wait although my university is providing online classes but still it sucks to do online.
