My EMGS got rejected on 5.11.2019 but it worked again on 6.11.2019 as 20 green. But it still 20. Can I know how long take to get 70 from 20 will ?

They give you the reason when it gets rejected

But I sent required documents to Institution and they send it to EMGS.

Is the EMGS applicatik track a different thing from this EMGS application?

Congratulations on the approval of your application. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
