Hi Suhayb,
Please be informed that Etiqa Family Takaful Berhad (EFTB) is not issuing physical medical cards for policies purchased through EMGS. Students are required to download the Smile App from Google Play or the App Store. The students who choose Etiqa insurance will not be charged for the insurance card delivery fee.
