My VAL process with Immigration started on 25/11/2025. Normally it takes 7–10 days, and all my documents are green and complete. Still no approval received as of 10/12/2025.

Hi,
The application is in progress with the Immigration Department for the VAL issuance. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
