All students is allowed except students from UK. The only condition attached is that such students must have received offer to higher institution in Malaysia and also secure permanent accommodation.

My opinion is that, even if we’re to come in from Dec 31, other process should be in progress. Should we wait until Dec 31 before our eval is approved, before we go to embassy to stamp our passport. I think they can allow us to do all these things while we only wait till Dec31 for applications of travel Authorisation…

Please note that 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are out of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold. Rest assured, we will notify students as soon as there is an update on this matter.

There is no specific time-frame for the issuance of the VAL, as the Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
