Dear Mr/Mrs:
My visa expires on 1/5/2024. I have sent the renewal documents to Taylor’s University in February this year. Due to family reasons, I was unable to submit my passport to the school on time. I submitted my passport to Taylor’s University on Monday afternoon. Currently, my renewal status is green 50%. I would like to ask when my renewal status will start running, because I need to use my passport for an emergency. I have no idea what is going on with my passport status. Can you help me? Thank you!

  Please be informed that the document and passport has been subvmit to the Immigration for special pass approval. Kindly allow Immigration time to approved the special pass. Once the special pass has been approved, we will continue processed the renewal application.
