dear emgs , there is a small mistake in my student digital id , my gender is written as male and i am a female how to get it changed

Yeah I emailed them and they replied that they are aware of the problem. It seems to be an software issue and they’re sorting it out

dear emgs , i have a flight ticket for the 30th may to kuala lumpur from indonesia but my eval has expired and i have already processes the extension of my eval since 4th may , is there a way to expediate the process so i can leave by the 30th may as my classes are beginning , please respond thank you

Any idea if there is a way to expediate the eval renewal process , my eval was expired and i renewed it on the 4th of may but its still processing and i already have my flight ticket for the 30th may
