It take upto 14 working days to cancel

If your cgpa is low they can probably reject, sometimes they warn you the first time it happens and 2nd time they might straight up reject

I have no idea but normally you take the val and other supporting documents to malaysian embassy at your home country and get single entry visa…then travel with val to malaysia
