Hello Sir/Madam. My name is Kharisma Dwi Ramadhani my passport number is E5155708. My visa was stuck in 35 green for a long time, and my lectures already started. Is there any problem with that I need my visa as soon as possible

Dear EMGS, paspor number E5155708, Kharisma Dwi Ramadhani it’s been a month my emgs stuck in 35%. I stuck because offer letter document and confirmation letter, but I been sending from long time. My studies have even started. please process it as soon as possible
