Good morning EMGS officer, my name is Khanh and my application number is E#########, may I ask why my status is getting stuck on 35% for 2 weeks already, I have plans and now I can’t do it since I need to wait to submit my passport. I really appreciate if you update me what’s wrong with my application status? Thank you so much.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are in the midst of processing your graduate pass application. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process and rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.

@sri-thurga Hello. My name is Khanh and my application number is E#########, I have applied for Graduate Pass since 8/10/25 but until now still 35%. Before this I awared that only take 7-12 days process. May I ask how long will it take more? Thank you so much.
