Depending on bank for maybank you need to get letter from university a letter from your home country bank (parents) utility bill if your accommodation outside of university. And letter from emgs which will be provided by your university.

To download digital certificate is only for malaysian national only not for foreigner you just need to show your own country certificate everywhere

For this your uni will provide you with an letter similar to eval and you can renew your pass but you need to go through university channels to do that properly.

What medical ? If the medical you are taking about is the one you need to do after to reach malaysia you can do that before submitting your passport.

It’s not about canceling but after 2 august your eval will expire then you can ask for another one and can travel with that.

My covid 19 certificate is not verifying on mysafetravel app the QR code in my certifcate is not readable because of the format but in my country (pakistan) we have only this QR code and certificate also the information of my does and everything else have been updated on MySejahtera but still i am unavle to download the digital vaccination certificate.
