Hello EMGS officer!
There is a problem regarding the picture for VAL. When I checked it in the online photo checker available on EMGS website it says that picture verified successfully and download it to submit.
Later when I download the exact picture and check it, system says
Picture has shiny spots, skin tone not clear.

Pakistan is still in the ban list as they released new bulletin last few days my renewal is also stucked on 35% bcz of the travel ban.

Please be informed that we are yet to receive any update pertaining to lifting the travel ban. Rest assured, we will notify the students once we receive further information regarding this.
Kindly note that we can only advise the students regarding the travel authorization once the travel ban is lifted.

Dear EMGS.
Kindly can you check the latest COVID updates for Pakistan? please open the borders for Pakistani students. ive been stuck for 1.5 years just bcuz i have to get TA, SEV and LOU. and by the time i get all these, malaysian borders are closed again. It happened with me twice.

I have the same querry. Since my visa expired i have to apply for SEV. although i have my travel authorization letter which was approved on 28th August but Malaysian commision in Pakistan says they have NOT received any notification from immigration Malaysia. Therefore they will not proceed with visa issuance or permit letter. EMGS please consider…[Read more]
