My eval was approved since February. When I came to apply for eVISA their site kept on telling me ‘no record found with corresponding passport’. I have been battling with this issue since then. why was your VDR cancelled?

I don’t actually know the reason. I was just trying to apply for eVISA but the site kept on telling ‘no result found with corresponding passport ‘. I contacted the eVisa department, they told me that my VDR was cancelled and I contact the issuing office for help.
