Based on the latest update yes you’re allowed if you’re not from the countries in ban list.
You need to obtain a Travel Permit and download and sign LOU

Hey khaled, check with the Malaysian embassy in your country. Cuz I just called and they said the TA is only valid for one month
You have to obtain a new travel approval from Malaysian embassy. Because its validity is one month.
Travel authorisation approval doesn’t have validity period.
Travel permit from embassy has a validity period for one month.

Hi Khaled,
You are required to obtain the entry permit from the Malaysian Mission before you travel to Malaysia. If you are from a visa required country and your student pass has expired, you are required to apply for the SEV from the Malaysian Missions.
