The latest update I received from you was a request for a release letter from my previous university, UCSI University.

However, despite completing the online withdrawal form and the university confirming a long time ago that they would provide the letter, they have still not issued it. They are now ignoring my follow-up messages and are not responding.

My new university, MMU, is fully aware of this situation and is following up with you regarding this matter.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue, as the delay is beyond my control and is affecting my student visa application.
