Come later on tourist visa , and then renew or reapply for visa

Hi Amr,
Based on the current process, the Malaysian Immigration Department will only allow you to renew your student pass if your current student pass expiry has not lapsed for more than 3 months. Students will be required to enter Malaysia on a social visit pass and subsequently obtain the renewed student pass.

@amr_25 You can liaise with your institution and request that they submit your Student Pass renewal application. Upon your arrival in Malaysia, you can hand-in the passport to your institution and request that they submit the passport to EMGS for the Student Pass endorsement. The student pass renewal is done through your respective institution. As such, you can contact the institution and they will advise you further on the charges and documents required.

When I come here in Malaysia it was 80 then after submitting medical screening and passport papers it went to 85 today or 100 may be after three four days I will go to collect the passport

Can you please help me out
My VAL and everything else is complete, my semester starts at august 21. How much time did it take for you to get your student pass and to complete all the post arrival processes. When do you advise me to leave for Malaysia so that I can complete everything before class starts-
After coming to Malaysia post medical and registration u have to submit passport to institute. After that emgs take 3 weeks
