Dear EMGS Staff,

I am writing regarding the Graduate Pass application and have two specific questions that require clarification:

Bond Sponsor Eligibility: Is it permissible for the bond sponsor to be based in Malaysian Sabah?

Application Timeline: If I complete my final examination papers by February, when should I submit the application for the Graduate Pass?

  Hi Kenneth,
  
  Please be informed that the sponsor must be a Malaysian citizen with a minimum monthly salary of RM 1,500. Kindly note, you may apply for the graduate pass application once you have completed the study. You must provide a letter of completion from your educational institution proving you have successfully completed your course.
