According to the link you sent.. They said I must take my passport and other docs to Abuja then I can track online afterwards.. And according to my institution SEV is something I must do online unless you are going on multiple entry visa which I dont know.. I observe that the website you sent vfsglobal.com only deals with visa without reference which means something entirely coz my eval is referenced..but I’ll feed you back once I get the result from thier main website coz I already applied there and it’s accepted.

You are to go to federal ministry of education to get eligibility letter and also stamp it at foreign affairs ministry and get other documents ready before applying for your evisa online.

I am Ahmad from Egypt, once you receive the eVAL, you should print it and go to the nearest embassy of Malaysia to get your single entry visa with reference, this is what l dud in Egypt, don’t know how it is in Nigeria

If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL. You may apply for SEV Online using the eVISA facility provided via https://www.windowmalaysia.my.

Hi Irewole Olalekan,
Kindly liaise with the E-VISA department to confirm the reason for the rejection as EMGS does not process the E-Visa application. However. the student is recommended to enter Malaysia from their home country.

Print out the health declaration form, tick the right response. Append your signature, scan it and convert it into a pdf file. Then send it the pdf file.

Easy there.
Take it step by step.
Authorisation letter is : offer letter. U can find it at your un’si site. Downliad it and submit it. Job is done-
not the offer letter. I have submitted the offer letter and it has been approved. This is related to my result. They require my school to state my CGPA with a supporting letter

the school says the supporting letter has been submitted. EMGS says the supporting letter has not been submitted, so I really don’t know what to do.

They usually take up to 14 days to confirm receiving, don’t worry, if university says it’s sent, then it is, just emgs haven’t looked on it yet

Same happened with me, you can try emailing the university with cc to emgs , and ask them to reply the message so it reaches to you and l emgs, to be assured and relaxed

If My uni sent the document i would ask my uni to give me the case number that they received whrn they submit the paper, then i CAAAAAALLLLL EMGS . I said CAAAALLLL not EMAIL. I think you should take the letter from your school first then you should submit that directly via Your email address. That will be more convenient. They also asked me, I took the letter from School and submitted within 24 hours. EMGS confirmed me that they accepted.

the school says the letter has been submitted. I am not sure they are willing to provide the letter. Because in the initial mail I sent them, I requested for the letter but they told me they have submitted it themselves
