Hi,
I’ve been trying to make a digital ID so i can make a pre-entry checklist but it keeps saying time out error after I do the selfie. What do I do?? View
Try changing your surroundings, and do make sure that your face is completely visible, no glasses, hats or anything else
Also face should be in a bright light,
