      Hi Kevin,

      Kindly note that the refund is only applicable for the unutilized fees. We highly recommend that you refer to our refund policy: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/legal/refund-policy.html. Be informed that, there is no stipulated time frame for the refund approval.
