Dear Sir,

This is the 5th week. Still I didn’t receive my passport after sticker endorsement. Since 4 weeks ago it is showing 90%. But still is 90%. My passport number is N9783604. Let me know the exact date when i can get back my passport. Because of this issue even I am not able to open a bank account and therefore my parents cannot transer money for my day to day expenses. Please kindly give me a fair solution regarding this delay of passport.

  We understand your concern. As checked, we have submitted your passport to the Immigration Department for the sticker endorsement. Kindly be informed that we are working with the Immigration Department to address the delay in issuing student passes. We appreciate your understanding and your patience on this matter. We will notify the institute once the student pass is issued and the passport is ready for collection.
