October semester in UTM is online? Your sure about that? Any news?
I got an email from UTM saying this.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the greatest challenges we are facing in this century, the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia has directed all universities in Malaysia to adopt online-learning until the end of December 2020 to ensure students pursuing higher education are not severely affected by the pandemic. The university communities throughout the world are severely affected by various forms of lockdown or Movement Control Order (MCO) in order to control the spread of Covid-19.
The registration for all new international students for the coming October 2020 intake will be done online.

We no longer have any overseas recognized clinics since the pre-arrival medical screening is no longer required for VAL processing. Kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance.
