Your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval on the 03rd of February 2020. The process will normally take approximately 7-10 working days. Therefore, the process is still within the stipulated time frame. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Are you in malaysia as a tourist? If yes then you can’t study in malaysia without a VAL

You can only commence your studies after obtaining your Student Pass. We advise that you liaise with your institution and request that they submit the application payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of the application.
