Hello, I am from Syria and I applied for student visa, my VAL was approved along with EMG approval letter, my statues is 70%. Can I travel to Malaysia now or is it impossible for me without the EVALUATION approval

  i think you should go to nearest malaysian embassy or consulate, you are now complete need only SEV Visa
