Dear EMGS, I submitted my passport to the university after my arrival in March and because the MCO was lifted immediately ,I have not been able to receive money from my family ,I don’t have my passport and I don’t have a bank account I am stranded. Are you in operation? How long does the student visa take with the current MCO? Kindly advise .

  We are sorry to hear about your predicament. Based on our records, your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department directly and not to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for assistance with regard to the status of your passport.
