Dear EMGS, I already got my SEV, and sent it through university. Am still at 70% is there anything else required or can I make my flight booking?

  Hi Karambu,
  
  If you have already obtained the VAL and SEV you can arrange for your travel to Malaysia. The application will remain at 70% as the remaining process will only be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.
