Dear EMGS Officer :
My name is KANG YAYUN. I am a new student of the Universiti Sains Malaysia. My major is Translation for Professionals and my passport number is ED5848902. My application number is E#########
I’m sorry to bother you but it has been a long time since my documents were submitted, the emgs progress is still 35%. My travel plan is approaching, I am so nervous and I don’t know what I can do. My friend’s EMGS that was processed 10 days behind me is already at 70, mine is still stuck at 35 and the registration date is approaching!
Could you please help me with that? Can you help me to ask immigration for some help?

  We have escalated your application to the Immigration Department as requested to expedite the process. The Immigration Department retains sole authority regarding the decision to grant the EVAL. We will notify you once the EVAL has been approved by the Immigration Department.
