Dear EMGS, I am Tony studying at UKM and required to renew my student visa. I already paid required fees on 19th Feb and my application status is showing 0%. I went to UKM and they mentioned that EMGS needs to verify payment. I emailed both EMGS and UKM with relevant documents, that I paid EMGS and also UKM fees.
