Is it necessary to be there in person prior to the registration?
Fellow students of UM told me that when you submit your passport to the University for Student pass Sticker Endorsement, you will also need to submit a confirmation letter issued by the respective faculty. Yes, UM has approved my EMGS approval letter on Maya portal. I got the SEV in just 2 days. You are from which country?

I am from Bangladesh too. No I did not email anyone in the University for the emgs approval letter verification. They did it automatically in 2-3 days
