Dear EMGS Officer,
EMGS has received my passport since 20/05/24. Today 07/06/24 has been 14 working days since then and the progress had been stuck at 80% until now.

Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department.
