Please my application has been struck in 15% green colour since last week and this morning it turn to yellow, requesting for additional certificate, I saw it and contact my institution and they said it has been submitted already but it’s still open and yellow. Please Emgs help me to confirm, thanks

  It happened to me last year. I had at the time to talk to my university and they submitted the document another time.
